Work on your device

Drafts, invoice issuing, numbering and PDF generation work offline. Numbers and allowance counts are device-local.

Clear cloud use

Issued records and related business and customer information can be copied to Firebase in the background when connected. This does not provide cloud backup or cross-device recovery.

Your information, explained

Business, customer, invoice, payment and PDF content is not used for behavioural advertising. Crash and performance diagnostics are on by default; usage analytics is optional.

Generated PDFs stay on your device unless you choose to share or save them elsewhere. Account deletion is available through the app; store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.

Good to know.

What happens after the third Free invoice?

The third invoice can still be issued. The next successful issue in the same allowance period requires Pro. Failed attempts do not consume the allowance.

Does deleting my account cancel a subscription?

No. Apple or Google subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the store where they were purchased.

Are my PDFs backed up in the cloud?

No. Invoice Maker V1 generates PDFs locally. Save or share any issued PDFs you need to retain.
