Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Invoice Maker and its Free and Pro features. Please read them before using the app or purchasing a subscription.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and VHUSIKI SOFTWARE (PTY) LTD, trading as Vhusiki Software, for your use of Invoice Maker.
By using Invoice Maker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Invoice Maker provides
Invoice Maker helps users prepare, preview, issue, find, export and share invoices.
Invoice Maker is a document-creation tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not guarantee that an invoice satisfies every requirement applicable to a particular business, customer or country.
V1 does not include quotations, AI invoice creation, reports, recurring invoices, payment links, archive recovery or cross-device account recovery.
3. User responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate business, customer and invoice information.
- Review every invoice before issuing or sharing it.
- Protect access to their device and app-store account.
- Use only personal information they are legally entitled to process.
- Maintain any records required by law.
- Determine the correct tax registration, tax treatment and invoice wording.
- Use Invoice Maker lawfully.
Users must not use Invoice Maker to mislead, impersonate, commit fraud, distribute unlawful material, interfere with the service, probe security controls or infringe another person’s rights.
4. Free plan
The Free plan includes:
- Three successfully issued invoices per business calendar month, using the business timezone recorded by Invoice Maker.
- Unlimited drafts and previews.
- The Ledger PDF design.
- Local PDF generation and sharing.
- Continued access to existing records.
- Invoice Maker attribution on newly issued Free PDFs.
The third invoice can still be issued. The next successful issue during the same allowance period requires Pro. Failed issue attempts do not consume the allowance.
5. Pro subscriptions
Pro includes:
- Unlimited invoice issuing while the entitlement is active.
- An optional business logo on newly issued Pro invoices.
- Removal of Invoice Maker attribution from newly issued Pro invoices.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions are offered. The current price and currency are displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play for the user’s storefront.
An issued invoice keeps the template, content, logo and branding state that applied when it was issued. Existing records do not become inaccessible merely because Pro expires.
6. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and automatically renew unless cancelled according to the relevant store’s rules.
Users can manage or cancel a subscription through their Apple or Google subscription settings. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal; access may continue until the end of the paid subscription period, unless a refund, revocation or store decision ends it sooner.
Purchase restoration and refund decisions are handled according to the relevant store’s rules and applicable law.
Deleting an Invoice Maker account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
7. Connectivity and invoice issuing
Draft editing, previews, issuing, invoice numbering, local records and PDF generation work on your device without an internet connection. Your device validates totals and applies locally available subscription status and the Free allowance.
Issued records can be copied to Firebase in the background when a connection is available. Cloud-service failures do not block or delay issuing or PDF generation. Purchasing or restoring a subscription and completing cloud account deletion require access to the relevant online services.
Invoice numbers and allowance counts reflect this device only. Numbers can repeat across devices or after reinstalling, so maintain your own records where unique numbering across devices is required. Device or storage failures can affect local operations; save important PDFs separately.
8. Records and backups
Invoice Maker V1 does not provide archive backup, archive restore or guaranteed cross-device recovery.
Device loss, clearing app data or uninstalling the app may result in the loss of local records. Users should save issued PDFs separately and maintain any business records required by law.
A PDF cannot be restored as an editable Invoice Maker record.
9. User content
Users retain their rights in the information and materials they enter.
Users grant VHUSIKI SOFTWARE (PTY) LTD the limited permission necessary to store, process, validate and transmit that content to provide the requested Invoice Maker functionality.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
10. Availability and supported territories
Invoice Maker may only be available in selected territories. Availability may change because of legal, provider, operational, privacy, data-residency, sanctions or tax-document requirements.
These terms currently describe subscriptions offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Huawei release and purchasing terms will be published before Invoice Maker is made available through AppGallery.
Selecting a country, currency or tax label does not mean Invoice Maker has certified the user’s legal or tax compliance.
11. Intellectual property
Invoice Maker’s software, branding, interface and original templates belong to VHUSIKI SOFTWARE (PTY) LTD or its licensors.
These terms do not transfer ownership of Invoice Maker or its intellectual property to the user.
12. Service availability and changes
Device or storage failures may interrupt local invoice or PDF operations. Network and provider failures may interrupt subscriptions, background processing or sharing through another service, but are not prerequisites for local issuing or PDF generation.
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.
13. Suspension and misuse
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address material breach, fraud, abuse, security threats or legal obligations, subject to applicable law.
14. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Invoice Maker is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Users remain responsible for reviewing invoices and maintaining legally required records.
15. Account deletion
Users may delete their account by opening Settings → Delete account or local data and completing the Delete account and data flow.
Account deletion is permanent and does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when Invoice Maker, its plans or legal requirements change. The current version and last-updated date will be displayed on this page.
